A woman’s pursuit of dreams or opportunities is often determined by her ability to balance the roles, the responsibilities, and the expectations that shape her life. Behind the Woman produces narratives that illustrate how women, in various sectors of our community, choose to pursue their dreams despite the challenges, the fears, and the risks.

Behind the Woman tells the stories behind women leaders in our community. She is more than title, she holds more than position, and I created the platform to share them in order to uplift and inspire.
Episode 1: Doing It Afraid Juhanna sits down Vanessa Campbell, an HR professional, photographer, and aspiring actress in Syracuse, NY. Juhanna and Vanessa discuss the power of fear and the courage and the confidence it takes to keep moving forward.
Maya Bentley works as an Advance Product Quality Planning Engineer and today we got the chance to dig a bit deeper into her story! Tap in and listen to this Black Woman's excellence!
In 2019 I am working to empower woman near and far through my Woman Up campaign. The goal is help woman who have been dreaming and or fearful of their dreams to set forward and pursue them in 2020. Of course that will take preparation, focus, and support.
